1, Where will my order ship from?

Shipping from our warehouse in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, which is just South of Edmonton.

2,How long will shipping take?

It will take 1-5 working days for most of the region in Canada.

And use Loomis Express, Purolator or Canada post services.

3, Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, usually the tracking number will be sent out by the next day, if you did not receive it, please check your email spam list. Or you can send us a message to ask for it.

Refund & Exchange

Warranty Policy:

 

Return: Free returns are available for the shipping address you chose. You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition and get a full refund: no shipping charges

Warranty

Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.

During the first 30 days the warranty will repair or replace a defective product at our discretion including shipping costs. A Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) will detail the procedure to the customer and the customer will be responsible for getting the product to the courier for return.
 
Warranty policy is subject to change and the warranty in place at the time of purchase will govern the warranty offered during the life of the product. Warranty is only available to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. If the customer cannot provide proof of purchase then the warranty is void.
